Lykke Li - “Little Bit”

Everyone else blogs Lykke Li; why can’t I?

Don’t let her record fool you.  As soft and delicate and catchy as the whole thing sounds, the breathiness and ambience rocks pretty hard live.  I just caught her and the band last night and it was definitely a transfixing experience.  Her vocals are totally legit, and the tightness of the band was surprising.

Also, she covered “A Milli” and “Can I Kick It?”.  Yes, as in Lil’ Wayne and A Tribe Called Quest.  Awesome.

But back to the basic point, yes: this song is gorgeous.  Enjoy.
