Fall Out Boy - “I Don’t Care”
Normally I don’t update on weekends, but this song’s chorus has been in my head today.
Fall Out Boy has this thing where they essentially reinvent themselves every album. The closest thing they had to “sticking to a formula” was between Take This to Your Grave and From Under the Cork Tree, and even then it was expanding upon their sound.
As for this stuff, it looks like Folie a Deux, their upcoming album, looks to go even more off the deep end. I always really like it when bands try to grow with their fan base, so I’m hoping we see more of this kind of stuff from them in the future.
(By the way, check those cameos… weird, huh?)
