Death Cab For Cutie - “The Sound of Settling”

Big Death Cab mood as of late.  This has to be one of their most poppy songs, but that chorus is undeniable.  Even the high octave chord harmonies on the guitar feel like they should just “fit” in it.  Also, one of this track’s best qualities is that it feels over before it starts, which I think is a significant attribute of some great pop songs.
